PATNA: The police on Sunday raided a factory at Bajaja Gali in Bakerganj and seized more than 550 backpacks which carried fake logos of some of the leading companies in the field.
Police said the of top brands were being manufactured at the factory for several years. “A senior official of a leading company dealing with luggage bags had lodged an FIR, alleging that fake backpacks of their brand were being sold in market. The factory, known as Tip-Top, was raided on the basis of the FIR,” police said.
While one Ganesh Prasad was arrested from the factory, police are on the lookout for its owner Shankar Kumar alias Paltu.
